“I get the question all the time: “What is the difference between a violin and a fiddle?” The answer: It’s all in how you play it! I am a passionate believer that everyone should learn about the totality of this incredible instrument and embrace all the colors it has to offer. Mastering it is a lifetime journey, and many who embark understand it becomes more of a lifestyle. This blog aims to share with you my own lifestyle and some tips and stories from the adventures I have been lucky enough to have along the way!

One of my favorite things about being a musician is that you can travel the world. Growing up, I wish I could have had an outlet to find tips and ideas specifically for violinists, since we have certain fashion restrictions when we play, for example. Being a traveling violinist can run into its own set of inconveniences too. They don’t really teach it at the music conservatory, but it is important to look good – and feel good – on and off stage. I want to offer a place for violinists and other musicians to find products and ideas to make their own musical lifestyles more seamless, transitioning from the every-day to being ready to play, and also provide a platform to share my ideas and stories.”
